The Government approves an order delegating to the Commissioner for Spain's 50th Anniversary in Freedom its powers over credits from the 925M budgetary program 'Democratic Memory'. This includes contracts, agreements, assignments, work orders to internal resources, subsidies and aid.

A single person, the Commissioner, will be able to authorize contracts, agreements, assignments and subsidies of up to €12,000,000 per transaction using public money. The text does not detail what this money will be used for or what specific acts will be financed with it.
