Every business day, between 8:50 and 9:00 in the morning, an AI system analyses the 150-300 provisions published in the Spanish Official State Gazette. Not to summarise them — to detect the ones that deserve a second read.
The system, developed by Madrid-based startup Arandai Intelligence, looks specifically for what the headlines do not say: rules that modify rights without announcing it explicitly, changes to benefits buried in technical annexes, new obligations that affect millions of citizens but get published among dozens of routine appointments.
When it finds them, it flags them. And cross-references them with real data.
"Social Security will be allowed to share your data with fintech companies" — detected on 13 April 2026 in a 47-page ministerial order titled on "interoperability". The system flagged it, explained it in two lines, and calculated the impact using official INE data.
Since January 2025, datasector.io has indexed 94,000 BOE documents with semantic search. Any citizen can ask in natural language — "what fiscal changes have there been this month for freelancers?" — and get an answer with sources and official BOE PDFs in seconds.
But the real differentiator is data cross-referencing. When the BOE publishes a labour reform, datasector.io can answer how many workers it affects in each province, how that sector has evolved, and which municipalities are most exposed — using official data from SEPE, INE, AEAT and the Bank of Spain normalised into a single platform.
